After a whole day having fun in Singapore and Chengdu (although it was only in the airport, tho.), on the next day I went to Jiu Zhai Gou. Woke up at 3.30 am (dang!) and rushed to the airport at 4.30 am. Previously, my local guide had told us that in several conditions, some flights to Jiu Zhai Gou might be delayed or even cancelled due to weather condition. Jiu Zhai Gou is located on the hillside, as well as their airport, so it's quite hard to land the plane if the weather is not supported. Our flight was supposed to be on 6.30 am., but it was delayed until almost 10.00 am.!! But still, it was a relief because at 07.00 am. we are still in the check-in desk. Half asleep half awaken, tho. *_*

Welcome to Republic of China, folks! /faint/ |
A little tip for travellers!
My local guide from Chengdu had suggested us to wear sweater or thick clothes and buy the oxygen in can and some herbal medicines because it was very cold and there might be lack of oxygen. Even in summer days, it was still cold outside (around 15 - 20 degree in the afternoon, 6 - 7 degree at night).
During the flight to Jiu Zhai Gou, I was totally amazed by the scene from above. There were hundreds of small green hills surrounding the Tibetans' villages (FYI, Jiu Zhai Gou is in the Tibet's area). The sky was clear blue, and it was so damn gorgeous! Too bad I only took some photos after flight because I was scolded while taking a picture during the flight T_T
Popular Places You Have to Visit:
Huang Long
A super beautiful multi-level pond with super clear water view and amazing hills' landscape surrounding.
WARNING!
If you have asthma or another similar disease, it's really better to buy some oxygen in can because the higher you go, the less oxygen you will get. A can of oxygen costs 100RMB (I suggest to buy officially from the government because the it's pure).
Jiu Zhai Gou Scenic Spot
From Mirror Lake to Multi Color Lake, you mustn't miss every single view, and have a chance to dress up like Tibetan' people!

On the left side, she was my tour leader called Novita (or Ce Fang). On the right side, he was my local guide in Jiu Zhai Gou called Mark. FYI, he is a Tibetan! |

Tibetan Traditional Show
The story about an old lady who was moving from Lhasa to Jiu Zhai Gou, she found lots of new cultures during the trip.
What to eat?
Try traditional chives pancake! I think it's similar to Korean chives pancakes. Full of wheat with a little savoury taste from chives. Costs 5RMB per piece. (The pancake looks like roti prata anyway).
If you're looking for tons of foods and snacks, visit Romance Park. It's beside Howard Johnson Hotel. WARNING! PREPARE YOUR STOMACH AND MONEY hehehe.
Jiu Zhai Gou is one of the most amazing places I've ever been in my life so far. The scenic view (100% DOPE!!!), the food, the culture, the weather, everything! If you love mountains and lakes' view, you have to visit Jiu Zhai Gou!
