It means good evening in Dutch.
Well, I have been practicing Dutch for almost two weeks through Duolingo apps (I'm not promoting!) and I guess finally I can speak Dutch quite well. *grin*
Anyway, today I will review two types of culinary that will make your stomach roars louder than before. Make sure you have already had your lunch or dinner before reading! :D

If you are staying in Surabaya and looking for a satisfying dessert, try this super silky pudding by Macio Pudding!
Macio Pudding was launched this June 2015 by my cousin, Anatasia. Still growing up, but I can guarantee this dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth!
They come up with six yummy flavours. Dark Chocolate, Caffe Mocca, Vanilla, Green Tea, Taro, and Red Velvet. Each cup costs IDR 12k and you have to buy minimum 6 cups (you can mix the flavours!). You can order through BBM or their Instagram: @maciopudding and they will deliver it right to your house!
Last week I tried 4 of them, Dark Chocolate, Caffe Mocca, Green Tea, and Taro. Each flavours has their own topping (seperately to keep it fresh and crunchy!), cheese for chocolate, chocochip for mocca, and oreo cookie crunch for both green tea and taro.

SUPER YUMMY!
Not too sweet, but it's very tasty. I can taste each flavours very well. I'm sure they use high quality ingredients.
Very smooth, very silky, melted in your mouth. I can say it's like eating a cup of mousse. HAHA!
Let it chill on refrigerator and you can enjoy it in cool condition. Yumm ~

Last night I had my dinner at X.O. Cafe and Bistro in Galaxy Mall, Surabaya. Launched in the early 2015 under X.O. Group, they will give you the true Asian and Western taste. There are tons of foods you can try, from delicious Nasi Lemak, super fresh Tom Yum Noodles, to tasty Beef Steak. The price itself is around 20 - 40k. I tried Tom Yum Seafood Noodles, Chicken-Prawn Dumplings, and Green Tea Blended.

Too bad there were lots of menu that are unavailable, even their signature Nasi Lemak!! :(((((
But fortunately, their Nasi Hainan is good although it's quite dry (I tasted my dad's dish lol).

Tom Yum Noodles came up with two types of noodles, rice noodles (or you can call it "su'un") and egg noodles. The soup was not too sour, but quite sweet and hot! If you can't eat something too spicy, please don't eat it or you will get trouble soon.
Chicken-Prawn Dumplings was good, I guess it's pretty similar with the ones in X.O. Suki (no wonder, they are under one big company.)
Green Tea Blended was good, not too bitter for me. BUT!! There were BIG CHUNKS OF ICE CUBES! Het is niet goed :(

Quite expensive, but it's still affordable because it's located in a shopping mall.
- Place & Atmosphere
Actually it's a cozy and comfortable place, but too bad they are separated by a path to THE TOILET! :(
- Service
The waiter and waitress are quite friendly and kind.
- Serving Time
Pretty fast, around 10 - 15 minutes!
Overall:
X.O. Cafe and Bistro can be an alternatives if you are looking for Asian Taste. If only the place can be united.....
