HAPPY SMURFDAY!

Exactly 50 years ago.

A tiny baby came to the world in the little city called "Sanana".

His mom and dad gave him name,

"KU HERMANTO KUMALA".

...and this year,

04 July 2015,

he turns 50 years old.

Happy SMURFday to my awesome dad!

Why SMURFday?

He is the #1 fan of SMURF, and it is a basic rule to put "SMURF" in every possible words!

Haha.

Last Saturday, mom and I decided to wake up much earlier (4.45AM!!) and go to my cousin's morning blessing to surprise dad (he always goes to there every Saturday morning.)

Mom, cousins, and I have planned to sing and bring the tart right after my uncle finished praying.

Dad's response?

ABSOLUTELY SURPRISED!

I am 100% sure he never thought that we would wake up earlier and give him surprise even before the sun rises haha!

That was the first surprise.

The second surprise was the gift we gave to him. He said he wanted to buy a new watch on online market, but he decided not to buy it. Surprisingly, mom and me bought a new watch without knowing that he really wished for a new watch! How cool is that?? (I'm surprised too after hearing it!)

The third surprise (and also the last) was on the next day when we celebrated dad's birthday at Angus House, Surabaya. All of my mom's big family (which is called "Jemur Family") sang "Happy Birthday" and brought tons of balloons! The party was really fun, and the food was amazingly great! It was surely a super epic day for him.
